Shipping & Delivery
We use TNT for most of deliveries, if customer have a delivery company that they prefer to use, customer can nominate it and we can contact them and for the service that customer requested.
Upon delivery, most items would require a signature delivery confirmation, if customer is not able to be there when the delivery arrive, TNT will leave a card for customer to contact them to organise another delivery method.
Returns & Replacements
Repalcement can be organised provided proof of purchase is presented and fault is founf with the product. We can't refund or replace because customer change their mind and bought the wrong size due to their own wrong or miscalculation.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Once order is placed, we would send customer an invoice with delivery cost added to it, if customer is picking up from our warehouse, there is no need to wait for an invoice from us, customer can simply click on the promte buttons and follow instruction to pay.Once you have pay, please leave a message telling us when you will be picking it up, so that we can get the items ready before your arrival, it would makes easier for both if us.
Viewing Orders
All orders can be view from you account, simply log into your account and your orders is there, customer can also see the status of their order as well. Once order is dispatched, a consignment note number will be updated to customer account thus, enabling customer to track their orders.
Updating Account Information
Please make sure your account details are acurate and up to date, since these are the details the delivery company and us use to contact you.
